Patient and Caregiver Travel and Lodging Assistance Application

The National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD) has announced the date and location for the annual Living Rare, Living Stronger® NORD Patient and Family Forum, taking place June 7-8, 2024 in Los Angeles, California

• The Living Rare Forum is held in a different US city each year, bringing the rare disease community together for a day of enriching education and opportunities to learn, share, and connect with others living and coping with rare diseases.
• The agenda will include sessions in which people living with rare diseases and families can gain insightful knowledge and practical tools for advocating for themselves, managing their health and living their best rare lives. The Living Rare Forum provides opportunities to meet others in the country living and coping with rare diseases and to have their questions answered by leading experts in the field. The whole family is invited, and onsite childcare and children’s activities will be provided.

To lessen the burden of attending the Living Rare Forum, NORD has developed a travel and lodging assistance program. Assistance is available on a limited basis.

All applications must be submitted below no later than 12 midnight EDT on Tuesday, February 6, 2024.
