This event is free for rare disease patients & caregivers and will:
Feature education sessions designed to help attendees navigate life with a rare disease or as a rare caregiver.
Provide attendeees with the opportunity to meet and connect with other rare disease patients and families.
Highlight community-based organizations that have resources for people with rare diseases.
Our hope is for everybody that attendees this event to gain information and build long-lasting connections with others that will help them along their rare disease journey. Alone we are rare, together we are strong.
