This event will:

• Showcase NORD’s programs and services for the rare disease community and welcome attendees to become involved in NORD’s work.
• Help alleviate feelings of isolation by connecting caregivers and those living with rare diseases to each other.
• Introduce attendees to local advocates and present opportunities to engage in state/federal grassroots advocacy efforts.
• Highlight community-based organizations that have resources for people living with rare diseases.
• Learn how designated NORD® Rare Disease Centers of Excellence are advancing rare disease care and research.
